Pepe Le Pew and Penelope gold tone metal with black and white enamel and clear rhinestones. It is in over all good condition. With magnification you can see some marks on the white area around Pepe\'s tail, otherwise great. The rest of the enamel is good and the gold tone is in great condition. There are 25 small clear rhinestones. all present and intact. (6 on Penelope, 19 on Pepe). It measures approximately 1 1/2 by 1 3/8. The back is signed, TM and Warner Bros.
