CONDITION: \'s suggested guide based on Overstreet, et.al is used to suggest guidelines as to condition: See Comparing this issue to their \"Good/Very Good\"which allows \"loose covers\" and their \"Very Good/Fine\" which allows a \"staple tear\". Thisissue has neither. Their \"Fine /VF\" states \"corners may be blunted\", here4 corners appear nice. Their \"VF\" indication states \"The paper is supple, not brittle\" ...the paper in thiscomic is not brittle. Using their general guidelines, my opinion is that issue shares many overallconditionsfound intheir designated\"Fine/VF\" range, leaning towards \"VF/NM\"(therefore\"High Grade\"), butyou decide. Rest assured comics at sale have not been \"touched up/restored\" by me in any way.

Please know I\'m a long time 65 year old comic fan, retiree downsizing my personal collection,and definitely not a comic shop professional/shop owner.
