VINTAGE Scottish Cottage Hand-Embroidery TWO Linen Centerpieces or RunnersDescription: A pair of lovely vintage hand-embroidered linen table centerpieces or tray cloths. They are perfect examples of Scottish cottage industry. One is cream linen with very naive pastel embroidered flowers, such as those done by a young girl. It measures 12\" X 15\" and has an edge of excellent hand-made tatted lace. The other has very fancy embroidery done with great expertise. It is a light brown natural linen also with pastel flowers, and measures 19\" X 14\". I have carefully inspected, laundered and ironed them and they are ready to use. I find no damage or stains.
