This sale is for a beautiful, cotton blend, black and cream, pleated skirt, in pristine, like-new condition, from Talbots in size 6. The waist measures 32 inches and rests lower on the hips. From top to hem it measures 22 inches. The hips measure 44 inches. It is lined and has a side zipper with hook/eye closure. It is beautiful!
