This is agorgeous porcelain vase with transfer ware rose pattern measuring approximately17 ¼” high, the oval mouth measures approximately 5\" x 3 ½\" and thebase is about 6\" x 5\".
The first hallmark word is very hard to read but it ends with SACE and thensays E.S. which is the hallmark for Erdmann Schlegelmilch, Prov Sxe (oneof his marks).
The date of manufacture would be about 1900.
Erdmann was commonly thought to be a brother of Rheinhold Schlegelmich of RSPrussia fame.
It has few chips in the bottom, the one on the left side is larger than the oneon the right side.
