Estimated Delivery Dates
We like to keep the range of products we offer as varied and interesting as possible. In many cases the items we offer, from major Scottish & UK brands, are not available from other sellers. As we also sell through other online retail sites, including our own website, stock levels can occasionally change very quickly. Despite this, we can usually dispatch the majority of items within a few days of purchase. If an item is going to take a little longer, we will try to let you know, but the dispatch times we show on are designed to allow for this.
Import Duties
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibility, if requested by the local carrier on delivery. Please check with your country\'s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying.
Returns Information
- Damaged and faulted items: (AKA Damaged in Transit)
Please let us know on receipt of the package. We will reply with a return address and any instructions needed. We will ask you to return the item and we will refund economy return postage only, please obtain proof of posting when sending. On return we will send you a replacement. If this item is not available we will offer a full refund.
- Changed Your mind / No Longer wanted
We accept returns on all items except items which have been custom engraved or otherwise modified per customer order. If the item is simply unwanted or you have changed your mind a refund will be given on return of the item excluding all postage costs.
Please contact us before attempting to return goods for details on our returns address.
You must send goods back by a signed for service. We can not be held accountable for returned items if we do not receive the item and if it was sent by a non traceable method.
A Warning About Product Photos
Please be aware that accessories, if they appear in a in photo, are not included unless specifically listed in the title and/or description.
Photo is for reference purposes only, real world color shades may differ from how it is displayed on your PC/Mac/iPad screen.
Engraving
Some items can be personalised with an engraved message. Others may be suitable for engraving of initials only. You can, of course, have this done locally after purchase. On some items, we can arrange engraving before dispatch.
If you would like to have an item engraved, please contact us before purchase for details of suitability, cost and timescale. Charges for engraving can then be added to an invoice before the item is paid for.
We try to get engraved items dispatched quickly but cannot fully guarantee delivery dates as engravers can be seasonally busy.
Engraving charges for tankards, hip flasks of 4oz capacity or more, or other items of comparable size:
Up to 20 characters / 1 Line - GBP 8.00
Up to 40 characters / 2 Lines - GBP 14.00
Up to 60 characters / 3 Lines - GBP 20.00
Many smaller items can be engraved, but may not have space for so many characters. The same applies to items which already have extensive engraving or embossing as part of their design.
If an item is not suitable for the engraving you would like, we will try to let you know as quickly as possible and suggest an alternative, if we can. Some items may have different charges for engraving.
