Tapio Wirkkala Vase Italia Finland Large Glass Avena Vase 3429 9.5\" \'60\'s signed Tapio Wirkkala Vase Italia Finland Large Glass Avena Vase 3429 9.5\" \'60\'s signed Description welcome to my listing! here I have a Tapio Wirkkala Vase from Finland; Avena pattern resembling melting ice. measures 9 1/2\" tall with a 3 1/4\" base and 4\" top diameter opening; made in the 1960\'s with engraved signature clearly visible on the bottom of the piece. glass is clear and without cloudiness or staining; there are some very light scuffs/scratches on the outside bottom; on the top flat ground top of rim there are two flat chips on the outer edge. one is 3/8\" and the other is 3/16\". both are not easy to detect due to the nature of the design of the piece.
