Item Description

Here we have a very unique Taxco silver container with lid, possibly a cocktail shaker? It was an estate find, so not 100% sure. That Taxco Mexico mark on the bottom is that of Bernice Goodspeed, an American born silversmith who studied pre-Columbian Art at the University of Mexico and later opened a silver shop there with her husband. This particular piece is accented with Abalone and copper. Measures approx. 10\" tall to top of lid handle. Please see photos for more detail as they are part of the description. Questions?
