Shipping

Shipping - Generally I not able to accomodate expideted shipping, first class is the most common method I use. I ship items twice per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays weather permitting. My post office has very limited hours and pickups. Please do not pay attention to the ship dates that automatically generates, these are often incorrect.

Free Shipping - Items marked as Free Shipping are shipped with the cheapest shipping method. Generally badges and flat smaller items will be shipped in a regular letter envelope without tracking, if your total order is worth over $50 then I will add tracking free of charge.

Caluculated Shipping - Items that are bulky or heavy will be shipped by weight. Pins, Uniforms, etc will be shipped in this category. Light weight items such as pins will go First Class Package weight while heavier items will go Priority mail rate. I try to use Flat Rate where possible. Sometime bulky items can not be combined, if purchasing multiple uniforms it is usually cheaper to send them individually.

Combining Calculated & Free Shipping items - will use the highest shipping price quoted for shipping.

Terms of SalePayment with 3 days of sale close, you must use combined shipping button before paying. We can not refund for excess shipping charges if you pay first without requesting a combined invoice. Paypal is the only method that is used.
