Any first edition volumes of The Equinox are extremely scarce, particularly in this condition. The stitched book block is sturdy, but since the linen cloth spine was not, many of the surviving copies have complete separation of the covers. However in this volume the front cover is still attached at the top, and could easily be reinforced with bookbinding materials to stabilize it. The rear cover is firmly attached. The text block is tight and the pages thick and easy to turn.PROCEEDS BENEFIT OUR LOCAL LIBRARY PROGRAMS - THANK YOU!
