The places represent the best known designs of the top 25 plate makers.Each plate comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and an explanation of the plate manufacturer, designer, and plate.A beautiful collection for any Franklin Mint collector or miniature plate collector.Each plate is in excellent condition.Note that the SVEA RORLTRAND SWEDAN CROWN plate has the COA for the Wedgewood. Somehow, the authorization was put in with the wrong plate . There for that makes two COA for Wedgewood and none for The Svea.A curious situation, however maybe able to rectify through Franklin Mint.
