If you are looking at this listing you are most probably a \"21\" devotee. I have been going to 21 since the early 1970s and have been downstairs and been taken behind the two ton steel door to the room where the private wines are stored and where the speakeasy was during prohibition.
This book is well over fifty years old and other than some stains on the red cover is in superb condition. For a nominal cost you will have a memorable keepsake and enjoy reading about the history of 21 and fascinating one page stories written by some of the most famous authors of the day. The book is loaded with great advertisements and artwork from the period. For the cost of a shrimp cocktail at the 21 Club you could have this pictorial history of one of NYC\'s most famous restaurants and watering holes. 21 is and has been the best place to see and be seen in NYC for decades.

Issued/Published by the Jack Kriendler Memorial Foundation, New York. Includes work by famous artists like Walt Disney, Hal Foster; and Authors like John Steinbeck, and Ed Sullivan.
