Due to a sizable increase in the United States Postal Service postage rates for packages shipping internationally to Canada as well as the rest of the world, I have had to increase my shipping rates accordingly. International shipment information: Packages are shipped First Class International Mail and do not have tracking or delivery confirmation. Customs forms are scanned at the final US port during shipment. I will not entertain refund requests for international packages until 30 days have passed from the final US customs scan. If a package has been scanned at a final US port, I will not refund shipping charges. International mail delivery times vary greatly, please be patient.
