Wear and chipping to the softcovers. Previous owner\'s signature in ink on the front cover. The binding is loose, with one main staple holding it together. The contents are lightly toned but clean.
This songbook is a type of propaganda used in the righteous Temperance and Prohibition Movements. It predates the Prohibition period of the US by 40 years and was part of an initiative to fight the evils of alcohol and to abstain from its use.
