$3999.95

For your consideration is this1-of-a-kind Early Redline Blister Pack in FRENCH, PRINTED IN GERMANY, with aminty (C9.5) Green Hong Kong Custom Firebird.UNIQUE CARD AND BLISTER :This card and blister show typical attributes of the other early German-printedRedline (Heisse Rader) cards, namely the thicker cardboard stock, thickerblister and the fact that these blisters frequently \"yellow\" thecardboard - as you can see everywhere except for where the car sits. Jouets Rationnels was a toymaker and a wholesale distributor for Mattel toys inFrance in the 1960\'s, so the fact that it was discovered in France 7 years ago makes sense. There are 4 old staples holding the blister to the card, and no sign that : (a)the blister was ever glued to the card, OR (b) that this minty Firebirdinside has ever been outside the blister. The staples show the proper age andpositions of similar Heisse Rader Blister Pack examples known. I\'ve owned a number of Heisse Rader Blister Packs over the years and one thingI found in common with them was the Redline car\'s \"Model No.\" printedin ink on the back of the card. This card has no extraneous ink marks, just theFrench language on every line. My best guess would be that the blister, cardand Redline car were mailed together, but individually, to \"JR\" andstapling the blister was the easiest way to complete the retail package forwhat was obviously an extremely limited run and most likely for \"JR\"only ! :-)BEAUTIFUL GREEN HK CUSTOM FIREBIRD : Everything about this Firebird is beautiful, but the STUNNING feature of it isits mirror-like CHROMEY chassis. I have only seen a chassis like this one time,in 1998, on an Orange HK Deora that was sealed inside a Sizzlin\' Six Set that Ipurchased. The chassis pics do not do this Redline justice but I can alwaystake more pictures if you are interested, BUT it is impossible to get a close-upflash picture. A picture of the chassis up close would just show you the cameraI\'m using to take the picture with. TRADES :Are always welcome and can really make the deal a lot more fun. If you have mintyBRIGHT RED Spectraflame Redlines [ scratches and nicks are OK ! Toning is NOT ! :-) ] I need,I will be happy to consider those as partial payment ! :-) Models I\'m huntingare :- RED/White Interior Beach Bomb (upgrade)
