Published by Sound View Press, Madison Connecticut, 1990. Hardback, blue cloth boards, 9 1/2 x 6 inches, 239 pages, more than 10,700 listings of works of art, brand new condition. Hard to find, especially at this price. An alphabetical listing by artist\'s name of all works of art included in these generally annual exhibitions held in New York, most often at Anderson Galleries. More than 5000 artists\' names. Each listing gives the artist\'s name (including married name for women), the address, the date of the exhibition and the name of the work of art. There is also a history of the Salons, founded by Hamilton Easter Field. There is a list of directors, of officers, committees and members, and the exhibition dates and locations.
