Up for offer is the hard cover edition of Alfred Hitchcock and the Three Investigators \"The Secret of Skeleton Island\". It was previously owned and has some minor flaws, but is almost like new in appearance. From a non smoking home. Blue spiderweb end pages front and back. Binding is intact and secure. There is NO gap or separation between spine and page block as if often the case with these books, and there is NO split to the seams dividing the blue end pages (there is a small bare patch on the back one). There is a pencil price inside front title page, easily erasible. Cover is clean and bright without flaws other than some whitening to corner tips. Cover corners are not blunted. Interior pages are crisp with no rips or creases, none are loose or missing. Illustrations are bold and vivid. There is some smudging of the first eight pages or so. Lists to \"The Mystery of Monster Mountain\" on the back. Text by Robert Arthur, illustrations by Harry Kane. This book was sold in the 1970\'s but except for the minor flaws mentioned above, it appears as if it came of the store shelf today, it really is that nice. It still has the original Caldor department store price tag in it of $1.68, so let\'s have some fun, turn back the clock, and start the offerding at that.
