New Manual Clutch Kit Fits Cruzzer Whizzer Motorbikes And Motorized Bicycles:
Just for your information. Please check the enclosed pictures, which we made QC on the 99'WC1 bike. This clutch also transferred a good torque for the transmission for primary speed from stop point. In the meantime, we just made them for 99'WC1 and NE5. We will make them for Ambassadors and vintage Whizzer bikes later. After a final surface-treatment on the components of this clutch kit, they will be ready to ship next week. This clutch will be very light and easy to handle by L/H lever. This clutch will isolate the transmission from engine to rear wheel complete without any friction of the belts between engine to clutch and clutch to rear sheave, when the clutch is engauged out by L/H lever. It transmits full engine RPM and power to rear wheel without any loss and slip from the belts between engine to clutch and clutch to rear sheave. It is much reliable than the original manual clutch and centrifugal auto clutch. This will be the best transmission solutionfor vintage and reproductionWhizzer motorbikes.
For your information, many old Whizzer owners probably knew that Whizzer made a special rear (long) belt in 1940's to solve the slip and loss of manual clutch. When Whizzer stopped the production and parts in 1960's, people couldn't get the special belts for the bikes from original Whizzer. They have found that their manual clutches are very difficult to control by a regular belt and the rear belt is rubbed when bike is stopped. We didn't know how to make this special belt, so we made the centrifugal clutches and CVT for NE5 and Ambassador. But, the centrifugal clutch and CVT also made the transmission efficiency loss and slip and themanual clutch of 99'WC1has the same problem like original old Whizzer's. So, we started to develop the new clutch (patent pending) 2 years ago, when we were making the scooter CVT system for Whizzer NER and Ambassador.
This new clutch is very easy to install onreproduction Whizzer bikes and alsoon old Whizzer bikes (1940's - 1960's) by bolt-on bracket. There are many old Whizzer owners would like to have one for their old bikes like the onewe put it on our old bike. This clutch can make the Whizzer owner happy and get the Fun back. The old Whizzer owner in Taiwan is very happy with our new clutch.

We made the prototype of this clutch kit one year ago. Wetested it on 99'WC1 and NE5 motorbikes in the first half year and then tested on the old Whizzer for another half year. This new manual clutch will offer a new life for all old Whizzers, 99'WC1 and NE5 motorbikes. This new clutch is incl. clutch, bolt-on clutch holder, clutch cableand belt tensioners for the short and long belts, which isvery easy to install on the bikes. We also offer the optional parts like the brake cable which can control the front and rear brakes at the same time on the R/H lever and a L/H lever lock when people want to ride their bikes as the regular bicycles.
