It has a raised Presidentialseal from the White House...A land deedsigned by TheodoreRoosevelt in May 1907 while he was president, with the raised embossed Presidential seal.. ..... Notice the top. first, signature of Roosevelt, it is different from the last signature below it.. The top signature and the blanks were filed out by a office assistant, The red lines are to prevent someone adding more information...Theodore signed the lower signature in black India ink... At this stage of the presidency, , part of the duties of the President WAS to sign documents in the morning. Several presidents complained of the chore.... The document signs over 40acres in Lake County, Minnesota... to a ALEX BOYER, no price or reason in noted..I have made contacts with my County Recorder to find out more of the history.... or .... why he receivedthe 40 acres. Couldn\'tfind any answers... Alex was born in Canada and resided in Silver Bay Minnesota in 1907... The land itself in in a undeveloped, road lessarea, then as it is now.. In the 1930\'s the land was purchased and added to the Superior National Forest in Minnesota..Found at a estate sale of someone else...The Roosevelt signature is authentic, as is the document.
