Very nice Thomae Co. sterling silver stamp dispenser with gold wash interior.The top is engraved with the monogram good condition. 3/4\" long surface scratches on top rim and a few below. The hinge is strong. Opens and closes easily. Polished quite a bit but there are still some black spots that will come off with further polishing.
