THOMAS KINKADEPainter of Light

Thomas Kinkadehas been a published artist since 1985. Celebrating over 20 years as a published artist, Thomas Kinkade is renowned as \"The Painter of Light\". By infusing light into his paintings for a dramatic effect of pictorial lighting, Thomas Kinkade created incredibly romantic and tranquil scenes that seem to glow from within. This incredible ability combined with Thomas Kinkade\'s choice of wholesome themes at one time made Thomas Kinkade America\'s most collected living artist.

Despite all of this, Thomas Kinkade managed to remain humble and grounded in his faith. The reason for this can be traced back to Thomas Kinkade\'s much simpler beginnings. While growing up in Northern California in the small town of Placerville, Thomas Kinkade\'s family had meager resources to live off of. Kinkade adds however that they were \"rich in the greatest form of wealth; a nurturing and affirming love.\"

It was during these lean years, that Thomas Kinkade embraced the Christian faith that later would shape his approach to life and Thomas Kinkade\'s art. The beauty and need of simplicity and life-affirming values entwined themselves deep in Thomas Kinkade and since then can be found running through all of his works.

Purchasing: Ifyou would like to offer, buy or make an offer on this item, strive to make sure all transactions arecompleted smoothly, professionally and efficiently. We encourage questions before you make yourpurchase so you have all the information needed to make your final decision, soplease don\'t hesitateto ask us by contacting us immediately.

National Wildlife Gallery was founded in 1976 in Fort Myers, Florida. We are authorizeddealers for major artists worldwide and have a large dealer and collectorbase.National Wildlife Gallery has expanded its inventory toinclude not just Wildlife but to offer contemporary, modern, western art, popart and other genres.

Shipping charges may seem high but we buy many of these listings directly fromthe artists or other art galleries worldwide; as items are sold we sometimestake large losses starting these at a discounted rate. We have a large in-houseinventory but in some cases we may have to order from the publisher, reselleror wholesaler. In these cases our total delivery time may be up to 5-10 business days, but you will notifiedof any delays. Our TOTAL cost including our LOW start prices and shippingcosts should still be the lowest anywhere!

Consignment Artwork: These are items previously owned by our loyal customers, orcome from other authorized dealers, who trust us to sell their inventory for them.Generallywe only sell prints that are in “mint” condition usually with certificate ofauthenticity (if issued). Some artwork is accepted by us for sale whichmay have slight imperfections which will be indicated in the artworkdescription. But these consignment artworks are sold “in good faith” whichmeans we are trusting the word of a third party and we may not have seen theitem visually at time of sale. Again weencourage questions before you finalize payment as all consignment pieces aresold “AS IS”… Contact us if YOU have any prints for sale you would like us tobuy outright or list in our consignment program.

Shipping methods: All items are shipped in a tube unless you request a quotefor flat shipping or expedited delivery. Some of our in house inventory is stretchedcanvas (gallery wrapped) which means the canvas is stretch over a wooden frame “pleasebe advised; this does not mean the artwork is framed”. Some artwork is framed and will be listed asframed with a photo of frame. Stretch canvas and framed artwork will need to beweighed an shipping quoted at the time of purchase because of fluctuating mailcharges, again you will be notified if the fee listed has to be increased dueto this fact.

International Shipping Times & Rates: outside of the continental USA and Canada. Pleaserequest a quote before purchasing the artwork, so you will have a true costof the total sale. Internationalshipping can take up to 14 days for actual shipment depending on artwork location,as many galleries, consignors, liquidators and publishers will not shipinternationally but we will if it is cost effective for both of us. These shipments sometime mean the artwork isshipped to our location in Florida (up to 14 days) and we ship to the customer(ups, usps or other third party shipper time frames). So the time frame of the shipping will bemuch longer. We do not offer expedited shipping on internationalshipment. When requesting a shipping rate please include yourcity, and postal code in order to save time.

***For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: Please contact us with your city and zipcodes for shipping quotes before you purchase an artwork. Flat shipping is more expensive due to thedimensions of the each piece. Tubeditems are obviously the more economical way to ship.We appreciate yourbusiness and strive to make sure all transactions are completed smoothly, professionally and efficiently.
