Return item from on-line sells that originally sold for $249 - shipping.This item has a chip in the lower right hand corner of the frame.Otherwise the only other thing I could find wrong with this beautiful picture was a couple imperfections on the staining of the frame.Overall size is app. 16\" x 22\"
