Here areThree AluminumDoubloons featuring Legendary Pirate Jean Lafitte. Each doubloon measures 39 mm or1 1/2\" indiameter and is inExcellentCondition.Payment due within 48 hours of purchase.Note: Included in this Group are the 1972 Krewe of Crescent City Gold Aluminum doubloon which features Jean and Pierre Lafitte, the Brothers Lafitte on its reverse, and the 1977 Krewe of Elks-Jefferson Plain and Red Aluminum doubloons which feature Jean Lafitte on theirreverse. After helping General Andrew Jackson defeat the British in the Battle of New Orleans, both Lafittes and all of the Buccaneers were granted amnesty by the Governor of Louisiana. These doubloons are much nicer than they appear in the photos. (Unless Specifically Described as \'Toning,\' the Gold, Green, Purple and Blue Hues seen in the photos are the reflection of a Mardi Gras Banner which hangs above my desk.)
