Traditional sterling silver figural owl mustard pot with spoon. Made by Richard Comyns in London, in 1958, for Tiffany & Co. in England. Erect bearing, deep set glass eyes, and scaly talons. Feathers nicely delineated. Hinged head. Spoon rests in pot with mouse terminal under hooked beak. It looks like the owl has found a tasty fur snack. Hallmark includes maker s and retailer s names. Very good condition and rich patina.
