What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer-care consultants at 1-866-210-2226 for a return authorization within 14 days of receipt. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Pewter items, personalized items, swimwear, and intimates are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please be sure that items are returned in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition. We do not accept returns after your wedding date.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.

How long before I receive my refund?

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.

Can I return personalized items?

Due to the nature of these items (i.e. they cannot be resold,) personalized favors and gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. Please always double check your order to ensure that the personalization is entered correctly before sending. Your items will be personalized with the text exactly as entered by the customer; including spelling and capitalization. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

What if I got my order but items are damaged or there are other issues?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there are any damage, please call our customer-care department at 1-866-210-2226 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 5 days after the package was delivered. A customer-care specialist will help arrange the return of the item, and/or replacement.

Please Note: Due to the high temperatures between May 1 - Sept 1, we recommend that all candles be shipped using one of our express methods (UPS 3rd Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Overnite). Orders with candles are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend layovers, so they may be delayed up to 5 business days. Any melted candles shipped by ground will not be accepted for returns or replaced.

Hi everyone! This is Carla from Wedding Collectibles. First of all, my sister and I grew up in Orange County, California, and graduated from Chapman University. Our family has been involved in the wedding industry designing bridal accessories since 1980, so we\'ve literally been surrounded by all things wedding our entire lives; i.e. we have distinct memories as a toddlers flipping through the pages of Modern Bride. To no one\'s surprise, soon after graduating we were drawn back to our roots and Wedding Collectibles was born! Like most entrepreneurs, we live and breathe our work for what feels like 24/7, and we are proud to say that the success of our site has allowed us to continue designing innovative wedding products to suit different personalities and wedding themes.

We absolutely love the creativity our job affords us. We\'re constantly looking for new ideas for cake toppers and wedding accessories. We go to arts and crafts stores, and peruse the new trims and fabrics, as well as just taking pictures of anything we see when we travel that can serve as inspiration for something new. Then before you know it, an idea becomes a new wedding collection, and we have the satisfaction of seeing our designs carried out and being a part of someone\'s very special wedding day!!! We work with UPS and USPS, and offer regular ground shipping, 3-day guaranteed delivery, 2-day guaranteed delivery and overnight delivery. Please keep in mind that any shipping option other than regular ground shipping incurs a premium shipping fee.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. However, we do not guarantee delivery times on these orders.

A signature at delivery is left to the discretion of the UPS driver. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
