Most rare steel torture shoe for both foot with spike at bottom and front. Prisoner / slave was made to wear this and tie at a place and by tightning bolt other sharp side gets into bottom and front side of foot which is very painful and as result prisoner will take out secreat of enemy.
It can be opened easily to make wear (see pictures)
