Returns and Warranties
We offer a 30 day warranty on most items wesell at no additional cost to the buyer.We also offer lifetime technical support by phone. If there is a problem with an item weencourage buyers to contact us immediately by email. Be prepared to troubleshoot the item by phonewith one of our expert technicians. Youwill need to be in front of the item with a flashlight handy. Our expert technicians will do everything toget your game working over the phone. Ourservice department is available Monday thru Friday 9-7 Eastern time.
Any item sold AS-IS has no warranty but westill offer unlimited phone support on an AS-IS item. We will however do everything to ensure apositive buying experience.
If you receive adefective item please follow these steps:
·Buyer must contact us by email within 3 days ofdelivery with any complaint or need for repair.
·Buyer must provide us with a phone number and a 2hour window of time time that they will be in front of the item.
·Buyer must be prepared to troubleshoot theitem by phone with one of our technicians.
·Buyer is responsible for anyreturn shipping charges.Any returned items must be carefully packaged and insured for the fullpurchase amount by the buyer.
·Returned items are carefully inspected forsigns of abuse or intentional damage. Wemark all internal components. If thereis any sign of tampering the warranty is void and any repair will be chargedaccordingly and is the responsibility of the buyer.
·If the item is beyond repair, a refund may begiven if a substitute is not available.
·There are NOcash refunds of any sort.
·Returned items may be subject to a 15%restocking fee.
