Shipping is included to the continentalUSA, curbsideservice if your item ships freight. All other items (non-freight, smallto medium sized items) are shipped Fedex Ground, DHL, UPS, etc at our expenseto your door.

If your item ships common carrier(Fedex, Etc) a tracking number can be obtained from our warehouse uponrequest. Our systems don’t update before many times a package alreadyarrives to you. However, if your item ships freight the followingapplies. Shipping is always included at Martelle International, LLC.,which removes all the risk from the client. Shipping costs fluctuate socost is kept in check with shipper’s offerding on Martelle’s orderfulfillment. Items are typically carried by two or more carrierstraveling towards the client’s destination. Items are passed amongdifferent carriers with new tracking numbers assigned which disallows a “realtime” tracking like you would have with FedEx, etc. This “baton pass” mayoccur once or multiple times depending on which warehouse your item originatesand the final destination.
