All items are new in the box unless otherwise noted.

We open and inspect each and every Pony when it arrives to check condition and the number and series. Each one is then put back in its styrofoam and sealed. We package carefully by double boxing to insure your Pony or ponies arrive to you exactly as they left us, in perfect condition. Boxes are as they came from the manufacturer. Some will have shelf wear marks and occasionally a crinkled corner, but all are exactly as we receive them.

Shipping in the US is USPS Priority mail for one item and sometimes two depending upon the size and weight of the package. Otherwise we use Fedex and UPS for larger heavier packages containing more items or larger Ponies. Then size and weight becomes a factor.

We do combine shipping for multiple purchases within 5 days.

If you are offerding or planning on offerding additional ponies please let us know.

International shipments require special rates. We will always quote USPS First Class if available as it saves you money. However, we increase the basic rate generally by $2 as we have to purchase boxes separately for those parcels. It is important to note that First Class postage although less expensive takes generally 3 full weeks to reach most areas and gives us no way to track the package once it leaves our hands. Priority International allows you to track your package and generally takes 10 to 14 days for most areas. Prices for shipping do not include customs charges that will occur once the package arrives. Those are buyers responsilbility. We do not ship as gifts. Don’t ask. That is against International shipping regulations

Payment is expected within 5 days of sales end time.
