SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from Shanghai via China Post Service by International Air Mail. Upon receiving payment we will ship immediately in 1-3 business days. We are unable to ship to APO’s, FPO’s or P.O. Boxes.

lShipping fee is based solely upon the actual weight of the items and packing (box, foam wrap, etc.). Our shipping charges include packaging, handling, shipping and insurance. According the policy of China Post, we have to arrange shipping as registered SAL/ AIR/ EMS parcels. This will take up to 35 days (usually much quicker), depending on different shipping methods and your distance from China.

lPlease note that we only ship one order per shipping address, we cannot divide orders to be shipped to separate addresses for only one shipping fee or free shipping.

Expedited Shipping

10 days shipping via air options are available. Prices are depended upon order weight and destination. Please contact us for a shipping quote. (Please note that expedited shipping is not available on wholesale or bulk orders.)

Tracking Number

Tracking numbers is not available for these orders sent via China Postal airmail and SAL. Please note delivery time is approximate and may vary depending on location and customs regulations. Only orders shipped via EMS are given tracking numbers, we will send the tracking numbers to you via e-mail.

Return Policy

lReturn/ Exchange unwanted products within 3 days of receipt. Shipping will not be refunded for returns on unwanted items and exchanged products may be charged a shipping fee. We do not accept returns on any used product. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resale condition.

lWe will send another one (with like product) of refund any defective product within 3 days of customer receipt. Shipping will be reimbursed for the return and change of defective items. No refunds are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss.

Return Procedure
