This is a great collection of Israeli stamps, almost entirely used and untabbed.
First, the collection comes with two Palo Albums with all pages in excellent condition up through 2011. The \"missing\" stamps are depicted with black and white photos. Both albums are in very excellent condition, have \"Israel\" labels, and are in slipcovers, again, in very good condition. The album is for untabbed Israeli stamps.
However, there are, it appears, 398 stamps already mounted in the first album, covering much (but not all) of the 1948-1966 period. The second album has no stamps mounted at the moment. Most of the mounts have black backs, but a few (mid-1960s) are in clear mounts.
The collection also includes approximately 450 (well over 400) stamps mostly mounted (a few hinged) on loose Scott and other pages. There is no duplication in this area against what is already mounted in the album. There are one or two damaged stamps in this section, but they are not included in the overall count.
Finally, there are 25 complete sets,with tabs, included with the collection.
This provides a collector with an interest in Israel with a very strong start to a great collection housed in a top-quality, excellent-condition album.The album alone, without stamps, would run over $300 for the pages, binders, and slip cases.
