Trench art vesta case or match safe made from an inert brass Vulcan M61 cannon shell case. This type of shell was fired from Phantom jet aircraft used in Vietnam. The F-4E type was the first Phantom jet to enter the war with an internal Vulcan cannon. This vesta has a screw-top lid marked, \'VIETNAM F-4E\'. The matches can be struck around the knurled rim grip at the top. Its in very good condition. See close photos. Matches not included.
