All items are in excellent condition unless otherwise stated. Please remember that some items are used, so they might have some signs of playware and use. It will depend on the sale, but I will state or offer pictures of any noticeable marks, stains, ect….that I notice.

As I retrieve my items from various locations, I can’t guarantee that all items come from a smoke free/pet free home. But I will not list anything smelling of smoke nor in any condition that I myself would not wish to receive and my guidelines are pretty stringent. I do not smoke nor have any pets so do not sell anything that has smoky odors nor covered in pet hair. If you have any concerns about this please contact me before offerding.

Please email any questions PRIOR TO offerDING OR BUYING if you are a collector or an expert on an item that is listed and you do not see the obvious in my description or pictures. Even though I try to research each item I list, I am not an expert on all the items that I have posted but will be more than happy to work with you to verify the item and send more pictures if necessary.

Batteries are not included with any toys that require batteries. Buyer responsible for acquiring batteries for all items. All battery required toys are tested and work unless stated in sale description.

****Zero/Negative response buyer Policy****

I encourage new users but due to zero-response non-paying buyers, please email me ahead of time before you offer if you have zero response. I will not hesitate to cancel a zero response or negative response buyer if they fail to adhere to this policy.

***PAYMENT***

Only accepting payments and shipping to a Verified PayPal Postal Address (NO PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes). If not verified, either verify your account through PayPal or you nullify the contract and the sale will be canceled.

Paypal is now required by on all transactions unless using local pickup.

Payment is due within 7 business days. On the 5th day of non-payment, a Reminder Invoice will be sent. If circumstances arise that you cannot pay within seven business days please email me. I understand that sometimes circumstances arise that are out of one\'s control and would rather cancel a transaction so I can relist the item for someone else to purchase without further delay.

If payment is not received and If no communication is being attempted by the 7th day, I will file an Unpaid Item Case and submit an Final Credit Request. The item will be relisted and your ID blocked from offerding on any future listings that I post.

***SHIPPING***

Shipping in the Continental United States addresses only. Sorry NO International Shipping due to \'s global shipping practices using Pitney Bowes as a shipper. Please do not contact me to make an exception. I will not respond to these questions.

I allow for local pickup (please note that there is no service charges or fees for local pickup!). Email me for more details!

Your item is packaged with care and shipped promptly.

I deliver all shipments directly to USPS(post office) or UPS. I may, at my discretion, choose a different carrier if I believe it offers better service.

All items will be provided a tracking number to assure the item got to where it was supposed to and can be tracked through the shipping provider online with email updates if you set it up on their site. Some will require additional services like insurance and delivery confirmation.

Please be advised, I do not make money on shipping the shipper (USPS or UPS) does and the shipping calculator estimates the shipping price based on type of service(s) and delivery location. Whatever they charge me, I charge you so be fair about leaving response/stars and ask any questions about shipping before offerding

Shipping prices calculated or stated are for the USA only shipping and items will only be shipped when payment has been received and cleared. Items will be shipped either same day or next day as I strive for 5 star shipping response (excluding holidays).

****Combined Shipping****

I am more than happy to COMBINE SHIPPING when possible. Sometimes because of size restrictions or other non compatibility restrictions, some items may not meet requirements that allow this and therefore must be shipped separately.
