First Grosset edition (the author may have privately published it prior). Hardcover with dust jacket (protected by plastic). Includes the Review Copy slip from G&D, and the unfinished \"100100\" price on the front flap (showing a pre-final edition).I\'ve never seen a review copy of this volume before. Modern reprints of this volume are offered for $25 or more. Faults listed above, otherwise clean pages and good binding. Purchased at sale. Feel free to ask any questions.
