This is abeautiful faux furleopard coat byJ.C. Kramer Furs of Erie, PAmade in USA.Kramer Furs was a big deal here in PA in the 1940s-70s. All theposh wellto doladies owned at least one, I think. Anytime I find Kramer coats, I buy them up because they are just the most well made, lovely coats. I am guessing this coat is c. 1960s. This one is tagged \"Furs by JC KramerErie, PA. Safaristyled by Sportowne. Fabric by La France\". It is not sized, but is probably a current size 12. Measures 28\" from collar to back bottom and about 22\" across the back from bottom arm pit seam to bottom arm pit seam. I wear a 14 and this coat fits me, but is a little short in the sleeves which measure about 22\" long from shoulder corner seamto cuff. It is EUC. I could find no rips, tears or damage and no missing fur.It does have alingering smell from the former owner\'sperfume. I do not find it disagreeable, but someone else might, so a cleaning may be desired.This coat is marked \"clean by fur method\", which I assume most dry cleaners would know what process to use safely.Reallygorgeous coat which has some weight to it and would probably be best for fall and winter wear.
