Good condition and guaranteed original Turk Model 1890Mauser bayonet. Still has hooked quillon and Arabic markings on the left sideblade ricasso. Bayonet is Turk arsenal marked “AS.FA” on the right side pommel.Blade was arsenal shortened to 9 5/8” and has original bright finish with alittle gray. Remaining metal finish is original bright with some gray andbrown. Wood grips show heavy wear, lock button functions fine. Fitted incorrect original steel scabbard that has original blue metal finish showingsome wear and one or two dents. A scarce Turk bayonet variation that will makea nice addition to your collection.
