This is a stunning, mosaic, hanging tea light holder purchased in Istanbul, Turkey.

DESCRIPTION:

Made from various mosaic pieces of vibrant blue, red & mirrored glass covering a glass bulb with decorative metal pieces which lend an aged, antique effect. (I assume the metal is brass, but cannot verify that.) I believe it washandmade which makes it unique. There are clamps inside which hold a candle in place.
