Meticulous sterling silver design caps the top of this 18K gold ring.Set with a beautiful green turquoise measuring approximately 13 mm x 18 mm in size.I would say a minimum 50 years old from the worn enamel which once covered the flowery silver decorations.Having a hefty weight of 24.6 grams, much of which being 18K yellow gold.
