Hand painted limited edition animation cel from Warner Bros Studios made in 1989 with FREE frame, 484/500. This is from the second Tweety cartoon made, \"Birdy and the Beast\", from 1944. This was the beginning when Tweety did not have feathers. Censors at that time did not like the idea of Tweety appearing naked, so feathers were added shortly after. This was Tweety\'s second cartoon and the first that he was featured.
Cel is 10 9/16\" x 12 1/2\" professionally in black Metalic with a green Matt, frame is 16\" x 18\".Cel is in excellent condition, frame has a small scratch that is pictured. Certificate included from Park West Gallery.
