Two Antique Wood Corbels Very Large - C. 1855 Victorian Architectural Salvage. The dimensions are 9 1/2\" x 20 1/2\" deep x 23\" tall. This set is very heavy, made of solid fir and all decorative pieces are complete and fully intact and there is no rot whatsoever. These were removed from the gable end overhang and we have paired the set with a corbel from each side of the gable, so they have opposite profiles (see pictures). Due to this, this is a very rare opposite angled set that can be used for a one of a kind piece of your choosing. They have an aged original white painted patina and finish and these are absolutely beautiful and very rare! These are some of the best corbels we have ever had due to the deep roof overhang as well as the roof always being well maintained.

These were removed from a residence built in 1855 and was the very first masonry residence ever built in Dekalb county, IL. The home was designed and built in the Renaissance Revival Style.

They are in Great condition with a beautiful old patinaand is ready for display, use or your next restoration project. Please refer to the pictures and feel free to email with any questions.
