Customers will pay for return shipping costs, except in the event that Jewelry Jungle incurred the error and, therefore, return shipping charges will be reimbursed.
Customers can choose to insure their return package. The Jewelry Jungle will not be responsible for any lost shipments. No written reference to jewelry should be indicated on the package.
A restocking fee will apply with all refunds. The amount is determined based on the type of ring. The shipping charges will not be refunded. The product must be unworn and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued after the merchandise is returned and inspected by The Jewelry Jungle.
The Jewelry Jungle offers a lifetime warranty, which includes a refinishing policy. All rings purchased from The Jewelry Jungle may be returned at any time for a free polishing or refurbishing. The Jewelry Jungle will take responsibility of repairing rings that are scratched which occur during normal wear. Depending on the situation, gemstone rings in tension settings will not be covered under this warranty. Should the stone pop out of the setting, we will reset that same stone at no extra cost.
RING SIZING
Due to the incredible strength and durability of titanium, cutting and shaping it is often intricate work (compared to gold and platinum). The unique resilient nature of the metal makes these bands nearly impossible to resize, therefore, great care must be taken when sizing your finger.
It is possible to increase a rings size by removing a small amount of metal from the inside surface, but it is not possible to make it smaller.
Our experts suggest that visiting a local jewelry store (or even two to be sure!) and getting your finger sized is the optimal solution. All other ring sizing devices are inaccurate and may lead to inexact results!
If The Jewelry Jungle unintentionally sizes a ring incorrectly, we will resize or replace that ring free of charge. If the ring size information was given incorrectly, we will still do our best to resize it at no extra charge. Resizing aircraft grade titanium is difficult; therefore, we are restricted to approximately a half size larger. A new ring will have to be made when resizing is not possible. Exchange fees vary depending on the type of ring you would like to exchange for a brand new one in the correct size. please inquire about our exchanges. The delay for returning rings for resizing is a maximum of 30 days after delivery.
Sizes are expressed in American ring sizes. The ideal size will fit comfortably and be tight enough to prevent the ring from accidentally falling off. Before ordering, make sure that the ring size is correct. Visit a local jeweler to determine your correct ring size. Finger size changes with temperature and time of day. The best time to measure accurately is midday.
Rings that are sold on super special due to its specific size cannot be returned. Buyer assumes all responsibility to ensure that ring is actually the size needed.
