Two Vintage Watercolorsof Two Dutch Little Zeeland Girls byMatthijs Hage

The first little girlis \"DAMBURG ZEELAND\". She seems to be the older sister. Shes is wearing a head scarf with light brown ringlets hanging out the front. She is wearing a navy blue top with a fancy insert. The shading is very nicely done.

The second little girl is \"Wolcheren Zeeland\". She has a bun type head scarf on with a little hair sticking out plus ringlets. With a navy blue shirt and white apron dress. Again, the shading is absolutely perfect.

The Zeeland has been told to me is an area of the country not a family name.

I can\'t find a year visible and do not want to take them out of the frame they are mounted in, but I would say earlier than 50\'s.
