Pair of vintage Americana dolls

Nice pair of commercially manufactured, well stuffed, black cloth dolls, circa 1930s,each measuring about 8\" and 9\" tall. They both have nearly identical, mammy-style outfits with well made, red gingham checked, cotton dresses with organdy aprons, bandannasand scarf. The larger doll wears long red cotton undies and brass hoop earrings and has painted features including side-glancing eyes while the shorter doll seems to be made of some type of high quality thread with stitched features and poseable arms and legs (possibly to hold thread, scissorsand sewing accessories). She has red checked panties and slippers. Both dolls are in excellent condition with no damages, no holes or tears, no stains or fading and no odors as they are from a smoke free home. They will make nice additions to any cloth doll, kitchen orsewing room collection.(loc 3) Other dolls in group photo are not included and listed separately.
