Popular style watch band from the 1950s/60s often worn on U.S. military watch models by Elgin Waltham Bulova or Hamilton with 16mm lugs. Nylon band with a nice design in the weave. Has the single, thick strap hold-down keeper in the early vintage style. Comes with a fixed, nickel steel buckle. Regular length strap measures 7 1/8 inches (18cm) placed end to end, not including the buckle. Metric measurements of the two pieces are 117/63mm. Measures 4mm thick where the band meets the watch and 1.2mm thick at the tail end. The buckle end width is 16mm if you want to upgrade to a special shaped buckle from my Buckles Section. The buckle is the fixed type; to remove it, you must snip it off with wire cutters. Would look great on a Universal Geneve Omega Longines IWC Hamilton vintage watch model.
