UNIQUE c.1920s ULTRA CUTE HAND CARVED WOOD SCOTTY DOG BAKELITE PEN & CARD HOLDER

Up for sale is a UNIQUE hard-to-find vintage original hand carved wood scottie dog pen & calling or business card desktop holder made of the finest quality craftmanship & skill. The adorable little doggie with perky ears has two glass eyes & one of them is enlarged & popped out giving the cutest most surprised & inquisitive expression you ever saw! The swivel pen holder is made from bakelite & works perfectly. There is also a little calling card holder. Appears to be carved from walnut with all original finish & nice age patina. It is OLD & I estimate circa 1920\'s (could even be c. WWI era). Carved in a somewhat \"Black Forest\" tradition or style. Fantastic deep rich all original age patina! (the photos with yellow backdrop are more true to deep rich patina) Unsigned & unmarked, but just fabulous & sure to be a prize possession!

Measures approximately - 5.5\" long x 3.5\" wide x 3 3/4\" tall. Overall excellent vintage condition with no breaks or flaws worth mentioning. Original finish & patina looks great! Very scarce collectible doggie desktop item!
