Description

A vintage French linen metis (mixture of linen and cotton) sheet that has never been used and has a delightful row of petit ladder work traveling the full width of the sheet.

This coarsely woven linen metis once soaked and laundered will have a wonderfully luxurious feel to it and is an absolute delight to sleep under, keeping you cool in summer and snug in winter.

Soft ecru in colour which with repeated washing will turn snowy white

A classic vintage French sheet.

As with all new linens and this includes linen metis, I advise for you to soak your sheets for approx 24 - 48 hours to remove the size and any light marks. After soaking launder as usual, this will soften the fabric and leave you with linens to last a lifetime.

I do alwaysask for a receipt of postage. The French postal system is reliable but can sometimes be a little slow. I am alwayshappy to combine postage to reduce shipping costs. Don\'t forget I can combine items up to 6 kgs using \'prioritaire\' postage and a special box from the post office ( 2 - 3 sheets), I can post up to 6kgs for £52 worldwide, please contact me to ensure that your items will fit into the box. If buying from the UK I can often arrange your item to be posted from UK, there will be adelay whiltst I arrange for it to be taken to UK,but you will of course save on postage.
