Jacket is in amazing shape, given the age and the fact that the spec tags were printed on a very cheap gauze material that did not stand up to the test of time and laundering, not to mention the wearer constantly inserting and retracting their hands from the bottom pockets.
The owner was obviously a high-ranking WAC NCO in the Air Force during their early years when they were still wearing US Army uniforms.
A few small stains on the front, broken button on one bottom pocket and the neck tag is nearly separated from the stitching and worn-out, as described in above paragraph.
The jacket is shown on my mannequin which has a 39-inch chest; this fits very snugly with very little spare room.
