tI was made by RIA Rock Island Arsenal from the best I can tell. It is in good shape. It is either a size 2 or 3. MY buddy who has collected cavalary stuff for years said 2 but looks like there might be a 3 but go with the 2 first. Look at the pictures as a reference and ask any questions as they are part of the description and ask any questions.thanks
