This is an original USGI, takedown tool for the M1903 and M1903A3 Springfield Rifle. The tool has a nice grey parkerized finish, is marked \"U.S.\" and B147064 on one side, and N.S.R. B147065 on the other. N.S.R. stands for National Slug Rejectors of St. Louis, MO, which was a government contractor for this item during WWII.
The tool has 3 different sized screwdrivers, and a pin to drift out the various pins in the rifle, enabling the user to completely disassemble the weapon in the field.
