ConditionField used but in excellent condition. All of my tools are used but in usable condition. They have some combination of scratches, finish losses, some rust, service member name on them, etc. All are dirty to some degree. Some have chipped plastic, but nothing that impairs use. Prior to shipment all are tested by opening and closing them and locking them in to position.
